Sending Documents

NOTE

•You must dial the second destination within ﬁve seconds of dialing the ﬁrst destination. All subsequent destinations must be speciﬁed within 10 seconds of each other.

•If you wait longer than the timeout interval before specifying the next destination, the machine starts scanning the documents. The timeout interval can be turned ‘OFF’. (See “TX (Send) Settings,” on p. 11-14.)

3 After you have speciﬁed all of the destinations, press [Start].

The machine starts scanning the ﬁrst page into memory.

NOTE

•Regardless of the order you used when dialing, the machine sends the document to the destinations you speciﬁed in this order: one-touch speed dialing numbers, coded speed dialing numbers, access code dialing numbers, regular dialing numbers, then redialing.

•To cancel Sequential Broadcasting, press (Stop). After the message

<CANCEL DURING TX/RX> is displayed, press () to cancel all destinations.
