Using Confidential Mailboxes

Changing Confidential Mailbox Settings

Follow this procedure to change the settings for a confidential mailbox. To open a confidential mailbox, and to view and change the settings, you must know the confidential mailbox number and password.

Open all three one-touch speed dialing panels ➞ press [Data

 

 

Registration] ➞ [▼] or [▲] until <3.FAX SETTINGS> appears ➞
