Changing or Erasing a Sender’s Name

1 Repeat steps 1 to 5 of “Registering Sender’s Names,” on p. 1-24.

2 Press [▼] or [▲] to display the name you want to edit or delete

➞press [Set].

3 Press [▼] or [▲] until <1.SENDER NAME REG.> appears ➞ press [Set].

4 Change or delete the sender’s name, and its personal settings.

●To change the sender’s name:

❏ If necessary, press [▲ ] or [ ▲], [Delete], [Space], and the numeric keys to change the sender’s name.

●To delete the sender’s name:

❏ Press [Clear].

5 When you are finished making changes, press [Set].

If you changed the sender’s name, the message <DATA ENTRY OK> appears on the LCD display for a few seconds.

If you deleted the sender’s name, the message <ERASING END> appears on the LCD display for a few seconds.
