5 Enter the password (up to seven digits) protecting access to the confidential mailbox using the numeric keys press [Set].

If you have not previously set a password, proceed to step 6.

6 Press [] or [] to display the setting you want to change press [Set].

You can change the file name, password, subaddress, RX password, and the # of RX copies.

To change the settings for an item, follow the same procedure you used for the initial setup of the mailbox. (See “Creating a Confidential Mailbox,” on p. 7-2.)

NOTE

• To delete an item, press C (Clear) Set (Set).

• To change the password of your confidential mailbox, you have to first enter the old

password (it is not displayed as you enter it) press

Set (Set) enter a new

password (it is displayed as you enter it) press Set

(Set).

7 When you are finished making changes, press [Stop] to return to the Standby mode.
