FiltersUsing the Network Browser Filter menu, you can define filters for nodes or trunks by first selecting a
node or trunk from the Routing Nodes or Routing Trunks display in the left panel of the Network
Browser. Select the Filter pull down menu from the Network Browser main menu bar, and sel ect either
Node or Trunk to display filtering options. Only those resour ce(s) selected to filter are display ed in the
Network Browser main window.
Filter Menu
The Filter menu, as shown in Figure5-19, displays the Node and Trunk filter submenus. Sel ect Node
to filter by node name; select Trunk to filter by trunk name.
The Node option displays a window with a data field for the node name entry, and Protocol, Type and
Synchronized tabs containing additio nal submenu options. The Protocol s ubmenu allows you to select
AR, TAG, PNNI, ILMI and/or Standalone options; the Type submenu allows you to select IGX, MGX,
BPX and/or IPX switches; the Synchronized submenu asks you to select Yes o r No for synchronization.
