Configuring Summary Reports
Node Name
Specify the node and interface shelf names for the end point in this field. Click on the “...” button to
display the Node:Shelf Selection window. Select a node name and corresponding shelf name from this
window. The default is all connections (this field is blank).
Slot.Line.PortSpecify the end-point’s slot and port numbers in this field. The default is all ports (this field is blank).
Connection ListThis region is populated when you select the Filter button. All connections matching th e fi lt er cr it er ia
are displayed in this region. Select a single entry from the list for plotting.
Each entry in the list has t he following format:
Connection Identifier—the local and remote endpoints are displayed in this column. When certain
fields are not applicable, “..” is displayed. For example, for routing nodes, <interfaceshelfname> is
displayed as “..”.
•The format of the endpoints is as fo l lows:

For Frame Relay: <nodename>.<interfacesh elfname>.<slot>.<line>.<port>.<DLCI>
–
For ATM: <nodename>.<interfaceshelfname>.<slot>.<line>.<port>.<vpi>.<vci>

For CE, Voice, and Data: <nodename>.<interfaceshelfname>.<slot>.<line>.<port>

•CIR—the CIRs for the local and r emo te ends are displayed in this co lu m n .
Report Type Pane
The Report Type pane is co m pr i s ed of the following compon en ts:
Include Peak DataSpecify Include Peak Da ta al ong with Peak Interval to di splay the highest value in th at in terval.
Peak IntervalSelect peak intervals f r om th e val ue s of 1, 5, 6, 10, 12, an d 1 5 minutes if the Inc lu de Peak Data button
has been enabled. The default value is 5 minutes (300 seconds).
Note You must select the same peak interval as the one e nabled during statistics collec tion.
Plot DurationSelections for time of da y ( TOD ), previous hour (Prev Hour), previous day (Prev Day), and previous
week (Prev Week) are displayed. The default valu e i s TO D.
