Resets menu
Use the RESETS menu to reset factory settings, disable and enable sleep mode, and update the product after new supplies are installed.
To display: Press the Menu button 
, select the CONFIGURE DEVICE menu, and then select the RESETS menu.

Diagnostics menu
Use the DIAGNOSTICS menu to run tests that can help you identify and solve problems with the product. To display: Press the Menu button 
, and then select the DIAGNOSTICS menu.
