tacacs-server source-ip

The tacacs-serversource-ipGlobal Configuration mode command configures the source IP address to be used for communication with TACACS+ servers. To return to the default configuration, use the no form of this command.

Syntax

tacacs-server source-ip source no tacacs-server source-ip source

Parameters

source — Specifies the source IP address.

Default Configuration

The source IP address is the address of the outgoing IP interface.

There are no user guidelines for this command.

Example

The following example specifies the source IP address.

Console(config)# tacacs-serversource-ip172.16.8.1

show tacacs

The show tacacs Privileged EXEC mode command displays configuration and statistical information about a TACACS+ server.

show tacacs [ip-address]
