To configure settings for all or a group of device ports:

set deviceport global <one or more parameters>

Parameters:

maxdirect <1-10>

Sets the maximum number of direct connections for each device port.

sshport <TCP Port>

tcpport <TCP Port>

telnetport <TCP Port>

Port is a port number between 1025 and 65535.

To view global settings for device ports:

show deviceport global

On the Device Ports - Settings page, configure IP and data (serial) settings for individu al

ports, and if the port connects to an external modem, modem settings as well.

To open the Device Ports – Settings page:

1. You have two options:

 In the Device Ports page (described in the previous section), select the p ort from

the ports list and click the Configure button.
