Installation Instructions Using CLI

SANsurfer provides the ability to install the tool and its components using a command line interface (CLI). This section lists the commands for Windows, Linux, and Solaris stand-alone installation options.

NOTES:

„To change the destination folder, add the -Dparameter to the command lines as follows:

-DUSER_INSTALL_DIR="d:\Apps\SANsurfer" ** you may need to escape the \ here \\ **

„To prevent installation of the desktop icon, enter the following command:

-DINSTALL_DESKTOP_ICON="false"
