VAXisCommand :MACHine{1|2}:SCHart:VAXis
<label_name>,<low_value>,<high_value>
The VAXis command allows you to choose which label will be plotted on the
vertical axis of the chart and scale the vertical axis by specifying the high
value and low value.
<label_name> string of up to 6 alphanumeric characters
<low_value> string from 0 to 232−1 (#HFFFF)
<high_value> string from <low_value> to 232−1 (#HFFFF)
