Demo Mode
Demo Mode
The FrameScope 350 may be put in a Demo mode for training or demonstration purposes. In the Network tab, the Demo mode provides for a network consisting of several stations, servers, a router, two switch/bridges, and 5 SNMP agents. All functions are demoable without connecting to a live network. Autotests of all functions are simulated.
In the Cable tab, the Demo mode provides for a wiremap failure, a cable test failure, and a cable test pass on consecutive Autotests.
The Demo mode may be enabled and disabled by pressing Demo
Mode: on the System Settings menu from either Network or
Cable tab, then pressing Edit. When satisfied, press OK.
