11.1.13A PAIR OF SPEAKERS/HEADPHONES DON’T WORK
1.Make sure that the selected computer is actually supposed to be outputting sound at this point.
2.Make sure that the speaker/headphone volume is turned up high enough to be audible.
3.Make sure that the speakers or headphones are completely and securely plugged into the User Cable, and that the User Cable is completely and securely plugged into the ServSwitch Multi.
4.Make sure that the speakers are compatible with the ServSwitch Multi and are getting enough power to operate (see Section 2.4).
5.Make sure that the selected computer and all ServSwitch Multis in your system are plugged in, turned ON, and receiving adequate power.
6.Make sure that the selected computer or its sound card actually supports audio output.
7.If the selected computer is outputting audio through a sound card, make sure that the card is completely and properly installed.
