Existing Configurations
To change the stripe size on an existing configuration, select “Modify Logical Drive.” Use “Modify/Expand Array” if physical drives will be added at the same time stripe size is changed. See Table
IMPORTANT: In some cases, when the stripe size is increased, the number of sectors required on each physical drive will also be increased. However, an error message will be displayed indicating the possibility of data loss. You will be given a choice to cancel the change or to accept data loss.
