Introduction

This chapter discusses the installation of a QLogic HBA or CNA to be used to boot the Linux operating system from a device provided by an EMC storage array. This chapter is provided as a supplement to the EMC Linux Host Connectivity Guide, located Powerlink, which provides greater detail on the installation of the Linux operating system on a boot device provided by EMC storage.
