SetAuthConfig
Supported by: Windows, Solaris LPFC, Solaris emlxs (SFS) and Linux.
Syntax: hbacmd SetAuthConfig <WWPN1> <WWPN2> <PasswordType> <Password> <Parameter> <Value>
Description: Sets the authentication configuration for the HBA. Parameters:
WWPN1 - World Wide Port Name of the HBA whose authentication configuration you wish to set. WWPN2 - Must be ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
PasswordType - 1 = ASCII, 2 = Hex (binary), 3 = Password not yet defined Password - Current password value
Parameter - Parameters include Mode, Timeout,

Syntax: hbacmd SetPassword <WWPN1> <WWPN2> <Flag> <Cpt> <Cpw> <Npt> <Npw>
Description: Sets the password for the HBA. Parameters:
WWPN1 - World Wide Port Name of the HBA for which you wish to set a password. WWPN2 - Must be ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
Flag - 1 = Local (password used by HBA when HBA authenticates to the switch), 2 = Remote (password used by HBA when switch authenticates to the HBA)
Cpt - Current password type is 1 = ASCII or 2 = Hex (binary), 3 = Password not yet defined Cpw - Current password value.
Npt - New password type is 1 = ASCII or 2 = Hex (binary) Npw - New password value.
DeleteAuthConfig
Supported by: Windows, Solaris LPFC, Solaris emlxs (SFS) and Linux.
Syntax: hbacmd DeleteAuthConfig <WWPN1> <WWPN2> <PasswordType> <Password>
Description: Deletes the authentication configuration on the HBA. Parameters:
WWPN1 - World Wide Port Name of the HBA whose authentication configuration you wish to delete WWPN2 - Must be ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
