1 Storing documents in a box

Perform the following procedure when you want to register a set of documents in a synergy print box.

1Set the documents to be stored.

2Press the [Document Management] key. The “Document Management” screen will be displayed.

3Touch the “Document reg.” [“Document registr.”] key under “Synergy Print Box”. The screen to select the synergy print

4Either touch the synergy print box in which you want to register the documents, or enter its number using the

keypad. Then touch the “Enter” key. The “Document registration” screen will be displayed.
