	Use	To
	Alarms	Set an alarm to sound when operator intervention is required.
	Alarm Control	For each alarm type, select from the following options:
	Cartridge Alarm	Off
	Staple Alarm	Single
	Hole Punch Alarm	Continuous
		Notes:
		• Single is the factory default setting for Alarm Control. This
		sounds three quick beeps.
		• Off is the factory default setting for Cartridge Alarm, Staple
		Alarm, and Hole Punch Alarm.
		• Continuous repeats three beeps every 10 seconds.

	Timeouts	Set the amount of time in minutes before the scanner enters a
	Standby Mode	lower power state.
	Disabled	Note: 15 is the factory default setting.
	1–240

	Timeouts	Set the amount of time in minutes the scanner waits after a job is
	Sleep Mode	printed before the scanner and the printer go into a reduced power

		• 20 is the factory default setting.

		constant use. Under most circumstances, this keeps the
