Connection Proﬁles page

The Connection Proﬁles page displays the currently active Connection Proﬁle, and any alternate proﬁles you may have created. You can switch from one Connection Proﬁle to another by disconnecting from one, and connecting to another.

■To hang up the current connection, and establish the one you select, click the Disconnect button for the currently active Connection Proﬁle.

■Click the tab for the Connection Proﬁle you want to activate.

■Click the Connect Button for this Connection Proﬁle.

Event history pages

The Netopia R3100 records certain relevant occurrences in event histories. Event histories are useful for diagnosing problems because they list what happened before, during, and after a problem occurs. You can view two different event histories: one for the router’s system and one for the WAN. The Netopia R3100’s built-in battery backup prevents loss of event history from a shutdown or reset.
