4A list of files/folders displays. Click on a file to open it in a separate browser window. You can also click a folder to access it.

For this example, click on a .doc file to open the Word document.

24.3.1 Downloading a File

You are prompted to download a file which cannot be opened using a web browser.

Follow the on-screen instructions to download and save the file to your computer. Then launch the associated application to open the file.

24.3.2 Saving a File

After you have opened a file in a web browser, you can save a copy of the file by clicking File

>Save As and following the on-screen instructions.
