■Multimedia call handling (MMCH)

NOTE:

The information in this chapter does not apply to the G700 Media Gateway configurations.

MASI for MMCX

The multimedia application server interface (MASI) enables the DEFINITY ECS to provide calling features to the MultiMedia Communications eXchange (MMCX). The MMCX server connects to the Avaya Media Server through a D8W cable. See Table 24 for pin assignments and Figure 55 for pin locations.
