5Locate the correct bay for the drive, and slide the drive into the bay until it clicks into place.

6Replace the floppy drive (see "Replacing or Adding a Floppy Drive or Media Card Reader in the Desktop Computer" on page 68).
7Replace the optical drive (see "Replacing the Optical Drive in the Desktop Computer" on page 60).
8Check all connectors to ensure they are properly attached and firmly seated.
9Follow the procedure in "After Working on Your Computer" on page 17.
10If the drive you just installed is the primary drive, insert a bootable disk into your boot drive.
