3.5.4Series 100 Option Board analog output switch settings

The Option Board provides a 4-20 mA analog output signal that is hardware configurable to either sink or source current as described in Table 3-37and Table 3-46below and in Daniel drawing DE-21056 (particularly page 3, notes 26 and 27, see Appendix I).

If the analog output is configured for ‘Source’ mode (i.e., powered by the meter), then it must be at the bottom of the loop (stack).
