▲Using the colored shaped icons for help, slide the ink cartridge into the empty slot until it clicks into place and is seated firmly in the slot.
Make sure that you insert the ink cartridge into the slot that has the same shaped icon and color as the one you are installing.
12.Close the ink cartridge access door.
Cause: There was a problem with the print head.

Printer preparation needed
Solution: Remove the CD/DVD holder from the CD/DVD tray, and then close the tray. Printing can resume after the preparation is finished.
Cause: The CD/DVD holder was installed in the CD/DVD tray while the product was performing printer maintenance.
