If you choose not to provide support services, you may refer your customers directly to H HP’s enhanced warranty. HP SupportPack is a two-year warranty enhancement with Express SupportPack enhances the normal warranty for an additional two years, for a total of t HP SupportPack through your distributor to market to your customers. HP SupportPack mus tomers within thirty days of their fax purchase.
