Memory Transmission on the HP FAX-900 and FAX-950

The memory transmission capability in your HP FAX-900 allows you to store approximately 12 do the fax machine memory before transmitting. The HP FAX-950 allows the storage of approxim pages into the fax machine memory before transmitting.

The fax machine will automatically process the document, store the information into mem file number to the document. After the last sheet of the document is processed, the fax mach dialing the receiving station.

As each page of the document is stored, the percentage of memory used is shown in the lowe play. The file number is shown in the upper right corner.

An information code will be displayed if the transmission fails or no answer is detected aft sequence. The document will then be erased from memory and an incomplete transmission m communication journal when printed.

If a memory overflow occurs, the display will prompt you to start sending the already s transmission.

To use memory transmission,press the buttons in the sequence shown and enter the necessary in requested.
