
Verifying Day Main menu
To verify correct functioning of each Day Main menu:
Step Procedure
1Ensure that Day Service is active for the Automated Attendant
2Call in on a line programmed for Automated Attendant Service
3Choose a Selector Code offered on the Main menu
4Verify that correct action (transfer to appropriate extension, transfer to a
mailbox, playing of a Submenu or playing of an announcement) will be
performed
5Repeat this test for each Selector Code offered on Day Main menu
6Enter at the Main menu and verify that the correct Dial 0 / Timeout
action is performed
7Repeat from Step 1 for each Automated Attendant
