To request a mailbox report, do the following:
Step Programming Task PC Input
1From the Options Menu screen, select
Mailbox Report
2From the Select Mailbox Submenu,
enter the extension for the applicable
mailbox
Note:
If the extension you enter does
not have a mailbox, the MERLIN
Messaging System will display
the message "Extension not
valid." Do one of the following:
Enter a new extension●
Return to Options Menu screen●
[nnnn]
[nnnn]
3After the report data is displayed,
choose one of the following:
Enter a new extension●
Return to Options screen●
[nnnn]
Click Below to:
Return to the System Manager Options Menu Screen
Return to the Service Technician Options Menu Screen
