Programming Call Handling Methods

The MERLIN Messaging Automated Attendant Service provides four call handling methods
that allow external, incoming calls to be answered by either the Automated Attendant or
system operator:
Immediate Call Handling
Delayed Call Handling
Night Only Call Handling
Fax Call Handling
