
A user is unable to log in to Voice Mail.
Possible Cause Corrective Action
Password may be incorrect.
Check to see that the password is correct. If the user has
forgotten the password, log in to the MERLIN
Messaging System as the System Administrator and
reinitialize the mailbox password.
Someone else is already logged in to that
mailbox. Only one person can log in to a mailbox at a time.
Change the mailbox password to prevent unauthorized
use.
