In your next SANsurfer Fabric View session, the Load Default Fabric File dialog shown in Figure B-3prompts you to load the default fabric view file and to specify its password if there is one.

To prevent SANsurfer Fabric View from prompting you to load and save the default fabric view file between sessions, set the Auto Load and Save Graphing Options setting to Disable (Enable is the default). Refer to ”Setting SANsurfer Fabric View Preferences” on page B-4for more information.

Saving and Opening SANsurfer Fabric View Fabric View Files

In addition to the SANsurfer Fabric View default fabric view file, you can save and open your own fabric view files. The fabric view file contains the set of fabrics, graphs, and graphing options. To save a fabric view file, do the following:

1.Open the File menu and select Save View As to open the Save View dialog.

2.Enter a name for the fabric file or choose the Browse button to select an existing file. Files are saved in the working directory.

3.Enter a password. When you attempt to open this fabric file, you will be prompted for this password. If you leave the File Password field blank, no password is required.

To open a fabric view file, do the following:

1.Open the File menu and select Open View File to open the Open View dialog.

2.Enter a name for the fabric file or choose the Browse button to select an existing file.
