Selecting the Transition Type by a Menu Operation

You can also select the required transition type by a menu operation.

Use the following procedure.

1 In the M/E or PGM/PST menu, select first VF7 ‘Misc,’ then HF1 ‘Transition.’

The Transition menu appears.

2 Select the required transition type in the <Transition Type> group.

The parameter settings can now be adjusted with the knobs according to the selected transition type.

Note

When multi-program mode is selected in the Setup menu (see “Settings for Switcher Configuration (Config Menu)” in Chapter 16 (Volume 2)), there may be cases in which two or more transition types have been selected.
