ENTRY R

PDL INDEX VALUE

The only entry in the CSTAT Table is the PDL index value. It is entry ?#l.

The index value for a COS represents the maximum number of PDL members, if any, allocated for each mailbox in that COS. Validindex values are shown in the chart in the previous section of this chapter.

[D If a mailbox has a COS with a non-zero PDL value and has PDLS d&med, then that mailbox is moved to a COS with a zero PDL value, the defied PDLs are no longer available.

If, however, the mailbox is moved into a COS with a lower index value than that originally assigned, all entries in that mailbox’s PDLs remain valid. New entries cannot be defmed beyond the limits specified for the currently assigned COS.
