Normally, Message Waiting tries to detect answer before speaking the Message waiting prompt. With this attribute assigned, the Message Waiting prompt speaks while waiting for an answer. Since the call may be answered in the middle of the prompt, the Toshiba VP System repeats the number of messages in the mailbox after the security code is entered.
