15	OFFSITE SPEAK TIMES’
	Deftnltion:	Number	of	times	per call the notification prompt		is spoken.
	Usage:	Determines		the	duration of each attempt.
	Example:	Ifnotificationistoabeeper,3or4timesmaybe~ent.IF
		notification is to a home phone where more time is needed to reach
		the phone, a longer period is desirable.
	To Configure:	Therangeisl-8
	Considerations:	The prompt		is speaking as the phone is ringing. When				the call is
		answered, you hear what the prompt is speaking at the moment you
		answer.
16	OFFSITE SPEAK DELAY3
	Definition:	Number	of	seconds the Toshiba VP System delays before					starting to
		speak the prompt.
	Usage:	Gives time		for the call to be set up through		the	CO prior		to the
		prompt	speaking.
	Example:	Ifthespeaktimesissetto3or4andittakesawhileforthephone
		to ring and the person to answer, the prompt may stop speaking
		before the call is answered.
	To Conflgure:	Rangeisl-32seconds.					..
	Considerations:	This gives time for the PBX to set-up the				call before		the prompt
		speaks. The amount of time should be adjusted for each particular
