7.	Loosen the thumb scr ew(s) and swing F		an Gu ard Cover P lat e ￿ toward the b ack of the oven. U			sin g t he
	hand-he ld hose, dir ect a s tre am of water		directly int o t he S team G enerator Drain	￿ and Steam Exit Port
	￿ sev eral ti mes. Cl ose th e s wing-o ut Cover P lat e ￿. Lo ck t he c over int o place a			nd tighten th		umb
	screw(s ). Close th e o ven doo r.

TURN THE SELECTION KNOB TO THE STEAM POSITION.

A n ew supp ly of f resh water will begin to flu sh the st eam ge nerator.

ALLOW THE WATER TO RUN FOR 2 MINUTES OF OPERATION IN THE STEAM MODE,

to co ntinue to flush ou t all remainin g solution.

TURN THE SELECTION KNOB TO THE OFF POSITION.

8. Open ove n door . USING H AND PRO TECT ION , rep lace t he Steam Generator Drain Cap	￿ by
turn ing it clo ckwi se unti l there is a sligh t res ist ance. Clos e oven d oor.
TURN THE SELECTION KNOB TO THE STEAM POSITION.
The uni t will star t to fil l.

ALLOW UNIT TO RUN FOR 20 MINUTES IN THE STEAM MODE.

TURN THE SELECTION KNOB TO THE OFF POSITION.
