Name the procedure. Rotate the adjustment knob to select the first letter of the procedure name. Press t he up
and down  arrow key to select

	second letter position and rotate the ad justment knob to selec t the second						A

	letter. Continue this procedu re for each sub sequent alpha character,
	number, or symbol req uired.

and ro tate the adjustme nt knob until		the procedure		to be reviewe d is highlighte		d in the	displa y. Pr ess the chef
functio n	key . The cooking mo de key for the first				step w ill illumina te and the p rogra m m ode, te mperatur e,
time, or cor e temperat ure will appear in			the disp lay . R otate the adjustme nt knob to re view					each step.
