AUXILIAR Y FUNCTIONS

CHEF FUNCTI ON KEY

There a re se vera l auxi liary func tio ns availab le t hrough t he u se o f the Chef Fun ction Key.

With the e xcepti on of the a	bil ity to add addit	ion al m oisture to	th e ov en compartm	ent, th at
can on ly be use d dur ing t he c onvection mo	de, all additional fu	nctions can b e engag ed at any time d uring a ny
cook ing m ode. C hef F uncti ons c an also be programmed in to a cook ing procedu			re in oven models t	hat
incl ude the delux e pr ogram mabl e feature. At the end of a co		okin g mode or prog	ram, the oven aut	omatical ly
disengages al l ope rato r-set c hef functions . These funct ions , h owever, d o remain p rogrammed and				will
reenga ge the nex t time the pr ogrammed procedure is used .

THE PREHE ATING F UNCTION IS ENGAGED IN THE CONVECTION				MODE AT A FIXED
TEMPE RATURE A ND TIME. B OTH THE TEM PERATURE AND TI ME CAN BE ADJUSTE D BY T HE
OPER ATOR TO COM PLY WIT H THE R EQUIREM ENT S OF T HE INDIVIDU AL OPERA TION.

PRESS THE CHEF FUN CTION KEY.

Press the up  and down  arr ow k eys
or r ota te th e a djustme nt k nob to s elect
“YES” for the Pr eheat funct ion .
PRESS THE CHEF FUN CTION KEY TO CONFIR	M THE S ETTING.
THE OV EN W ILL BEGIN	THE P REH EAT F UNC TION.
• The se t pr eheat te mpe rature will ap pear in		th e disp lay.

• The se t pr eheat ti me wi ll a ppear in t he dis play.

• The pr eheat sy mbol will a ppear in t he dis play.

When the set time and tempe rature has bee n rea ched, a buzzer wi ll sound i ndicating the end of the preheat function.

• To stop the buzzer, pr ess th e s tar t/stop key or o pen th e oven d oor.
