	The Steam m ode pro vides th e operator with the abi				lity t o s team, p oach, or blanch.
This mode wi ll au tomat ically steam at the boiling point of w						ater; quick-s team abo ve th e
boiling poin t fo r fast er cook ing re sults; or low temperature st						eam, below th e boilin g p oint,
for more de licate products such as pâ té, m ousse , seafood,					or c ustard.
	PRESS THE ON/OFF POWE R KEY TO T HE ON POSITION .
	PRESS THE STE AM MODE KEY.
		Auto matic Stea m temper ature of 212° F (10 0°C ) wi ll a ppe ar in the						display.
		The l ast set time or oven		control default se		tting for time	will appear in the dis play.
		PRESS TH E START K EY TO STEAM AT					THE SETTING S SHOWN .

• The remaining c ooking time will appe ar i n the di splay. To displa y the			set time or	to change the set
values for ti me duri ng o pera tion , p ress th e tim e ke y		once and make corre ctions as required.

•The actual internal produc t temp erature w ill appe ar in the displa y. To displa y the set inte rnal product

temperature or t o c hange th e set val ues f or co re te mperature during operati on, press the key once and make correct ions as requi red.

Whe n the cook	ing time	has	expire d or the opera tor se t inte rna l temperature has been reached, a buzzer
will sou nd indi cati ng the		end of		the operating mode.
