3.2.4.30 SDRAM error (00020002)
Explanation:
In memory check of SDRAM executed at power on, there may be a case where a
bit error is detected. In such a case, this message is displayed and the printer stops
operating.
Cause of trouble:
SDRAM check error at power-on.
Remedy:
Replace the MAIN Board (C472 MAIN) (p.207).
3.2.4.31 BOOT program SUM error (00020003)
Explanation:
There may be a case where the boot program of firmware is broken. In such a case,
this message is displayed and the printer stops operating. (Only at power on)
Cause of trouble:
SUM check error for BOOT program area.
Remedy:
Firmware Reinstallation (p.219)
Replace the MAIN Board (C472 MAIN) (p.207).
3.2.4.32 Flash memory SUM error (00020009)
Explanation:
This error is displayed when the firmware has not been installed in flash memory
or when the firmware has not been installed successfully.
Cause of trouble:
SUM check error for program area.
Remedy:
Firmware Reinstallation (p.219)
Replace the MAIN Board (C472 MAIN) (p.207).
3.2.4.33 Program load error (0002000A)
Cause of trouble:
SUM check error for program area on RAM.
Remedy:
Firmware Reinstallation (p.219)
Replace the MAIN Board (C472 MAIN) (p.207).
3.2.4.34 Internal memory shortage error (0002000B)
Explanation:
This error appears when the cash area is insufficient. There may be a case where
the assigned work area varies with the I/F mode and I/F mode setting does not
agree or decoding of a command is impossible. Then the work area is consumed
up, thus memory runs short. In such a case, this message is displayed and the
printer stops operating.
Cause of trouble:
Faulty program.
Remedy:
Firmware Reinstallation (p.219)
Check I/F mode.
Replace the MAIN Board (C472 MAIN) (p.207).
