4.2.6 Configuring PVCs
To configure a logical interface that supports PVCs, make entries in these configuration files:
1./etc/grifconfig.conf
Assign an IP address to the logical interface.
2./etc/grarp.conf
Supply
Put an entry into /etc/grarp.conf only if the remote destination does not support InATMARP, which the GRF does.
3./etc/gratm.conf
•Traffic shaping section
Set the traffic shaping name and quality of service parameters. The name may be any meaningful string you like.
•Signaling section
Set protocol=NONE on the signaling entry for the appropriate card and connector combination.
