These entries show up after the SP Switch Router Adapter card gets configured on the SP Switch.

3.13 Step 5. Reset SP Switch Router System to Install Files

To install the system configuration files, first save the files and then reboot the SP Switch Router.

Save the files after you complete changing the system parameters, and again after you configure the media cards and any network services, such as filtering or dynamic routing, using grwrite -v.To check if any files need to be written to permanent storage, use grwrite -vn.

Note: grwrite only saves files in the /etc directory. If you changed files in different directories, use grsite and grsite --perm,respectively.

Use reboot -ito reset the system.

3.13.1 Saving Configuration Files

Use the grwrite -vcommand to save the configuration files in the /etc directory from RAM to a flash device. This preserves the configuration files over a reboot.
