Jack ID field

The Jack ID is used only for reporting purposes. It is useful when it comes to cable management, phone placement and running of cross- connects.

Old Phone Number field

The user’s previous phone number.

Phone Hardware Accessories field

The user can select from a list of Phone Hardware Options templates (see Figure 8-29and Figure 8-30). If the user clicks the Browse button, the user will be shown in the Accessories Editor.
