Monitor Number Tab
AMNO assigns monitored numbers in the PBX. In a ACD system, the monitored numbers programmed in AMNO are the entry points for pilot numbers. Monitored Numbers are also used in OAI applications for call deflection. In the case of Attendant console, Monitored Number specifies the number the attendant dials to log on or log off the system. See Figure

You can disable the Monitor Number by selecting the Disable Monitor
