When the Edit or New button is clicked, Figure 4-17displays.

NOTE

—Enter the appropriate information, as needed, in the Description and Notes fields.

—After uploading the data, the corresponding phase will be marked as Date Committed. The check box can be cleared to resume the same phase data upload again.

Once a phase is uploaded, Installation Manager marks the phase as committed and enters the date that the phase was uploaded. Remember, this does not mean the phase data has been uploaded to the switch.
