DNDI (DNDD) DNDA (Deny) allow display of originally dialed CPND entries.

REQ CHG OUT Change, or remove an existing entry.
TYPE NAME Change, or remove an existing CPND name string.
CUST xx Customer number, as defined in LD 15
LANG ROM KAT ALL Change or remove the name in Roman or Katakana. ALL is
used to remove all names stored for the DIG.
DIG 0-2045 0-99
ALL <CR> Dial Intercom Group number and member number. Each time
a name string is assigned to or removed from a Dial Intercom
Group member, the DIG prompt repeats, until a carriage return
is entered to go to the DN prompt. ALL removes all entries for
that DIG. <CR> bypasses DIG and goes to the DN.
