The Public Interview Box is a special interview box owned by the system. When an operator is not on duty, it can collect mes- sages from callers who don’t know where to send their message. The messages are delivered to all subscribers with public message access. There is only one Public Interview Box, and it cannot be removed from the system. If you are not using the Public Interview Box, you may skip this worksheet.
