Access Codes
Set up the access codes for each subsc riber. Access code s allow or de ny
particular features, such as sp ecial delivery options, the enrollment
conversation, and if subscribers can sen d open grou p messa ges. Sp ecify
any combination except M and T of the fol low in g access codes:
ANo Setup Options Access
This denies subscriber access to change setup options by
telephone. The subscriber cannot cha nge personal
greetings, message groups, call transfer options,
message delivery, recorded name, spelle d nam e, secur ity
code, or directory listing. Th e acces s codes A and T may
be combined to deny access to all setup options

except

personal greetings.
BNo Receipt Summary
The system does not tell the subscriber that the messages
sent to a particular person are r eceived, unless the
subscriber marks a message for ex plic it re turn receipt.
CNo Public Notify
This prevents the system from notifying the subscriber
when a public message is r eceived. A public me ssage is
not addressed to a particular extension . Use this c ode for
subscribers who have public message acc es s ( no P code)
but want their message wait ing lamp lit only for messages
sent specifically to them.
DNot in Directory
Excludes subscriber from automa tic directory.
EMessages by Extension
The subscriber leaves messa ges by extension number
instead of the first three letters of the las t na m e .
FFirst-Time Enroll
The system enrolls the subscriber by telephone the nex t
time the subscriber calls the system. The system does not
deliver messages to subscriber with the F access code.
GCan’t Edit Greeting
The subscriber cannot change pe rs on al greetings.
ILive Monitor On?
Enables Live Monitoring for the subscriber.
