20. Set up System Operator
System ID:
1. Select this field
2. Enter 0 and press .
If your operator ID is different, enter it instead of 0.
Day?
1. Move the cursor to this field.
2. Enter N, and press if an operator is not availabl e.
3. Enter Y, and press if an operator is available during the
hours your organization is open (Day M od e).
4. After the , enter the operator actual extension number, and
press .
Nite?
1. Move the cursor to this field.
2. Enter Y, and if an operator is available during the hours
your organization is not open (Night Mo de).
3. Enter N, and press if an operator is not availabl e.
Transfer Type
The call transfer type field, directly b elow the Nite? field, is not
labeled. It can be Release, Awai t-Ans, or Wait-ring. To change the
setting, position the cursor on the ex is ti ng field, and enter:
Rings
Enter the number of Rings to Wait, and press .
This parameter does not apply if you selected Release transf er.
