Call Information for a specific call

Call Information allows you to see information about incoming calls. This information is more detailed than the Call Display information you can receive automatically. For external calls, you can see the caller name, telephone number, and the line name. For an internal call, you can see the caller name and the internal number. You can see information for ringing, answered, or held calls.

Call Log shows the same information as Call Information, with the date and time of the call, and the number of times the caller called.
